Sewing 1 is a slower paced beginner class to get to know the basic functions of your sewing machine. We will sew a small lined drawstring pouch as we apply and practice common techniques used when sewing. If you have specific questions about your machine, your instructor will review with you as time permits, after the class ends.

If you've ever wanted to try a collage quilt, let's do it! As an advanced certified instructor of Laura Heine's method and patterns I can show you the tips and tricks to making a successful collage that will make you proud of your work. Anyone can do this method, even a beginning quilter, and guess what? Bring your lunch each day and get ready to have a "sew delightful" 2 days together!

This is a meeting for those interested in volunteering to make quilts, knitted or crocheted afghans, fleece blankets with crocheted edging that will be distributed to different organizations throughout Brevard County. This meeting is for those who drop off finished items or need to pick up yarn and fleece to finish projects.

This is a member organization, but new people are always welcomed! to this business meeting. The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor quilts. It is a community effort process of completing the quilts to present to veterans.

Join us as we work our way through the Quilt Builder Card Deck #2 and/or #3 for a “block of the month” during Happy Hour Quilting. However, if you're not interested in this particular project, feel free to join us and work on your own creation--we love Show and Tell!
