Nail in the Coffin Quilt Class with Bonnie - Melbourne
This is a fun and easy beginner class using 10" pre-cut squares as well as additional fabric to create a raw-edge applique Halloween themed quilt top. This quilt top comes together quickly. The goal is to complete the quilt top by the end of class.

We will be making the 18” quilted table topper, but you can customize to a 24” or 12” size by adding or removing additional “candy corn” and/or a border. This makes a good project to practice your free motion quilting or walking foot quilting skills. Or if your machine has IQ Designer on it, you can quilt by using fills. You can use binding strip or self binding. Ingrid will provide directions for self binding.

Join Jennifer as she shows you step by step how to make this beautiful FPP mini quilt! No prior FPP experience is needed, but this pattern will require putting multiple sections together to form the hummingbird. In other words, bring some patience and kindness for yourself. You CAN do this. And we’ve got your back! In session 1, you’ll learn the basics of FPP and get started piecing the hummingbird sections. In session 2, we’ll combine the sections to form the mini quilt.
